As learning evolves, so must our ability to measure and articulate its impact. This working demo highlights an AI-powered web application designed to collect learning data organically and infer user skill focus through interaction—bridging experience design with xAPI data architecture.

Developed to showcase how learning data can be captured in context and aligned to business-relevant skill taxonomies, this tool demonstrates a scalable approach to identifying skill gaps and enabling data-informed decision-making within an L&D ecosystem.

Each year, I lead the creation of strategic Points of View (PoVs) that define the direction of learning technology and inform both internal priorities and external partnerships.
